Integrated Builders completes renovations to Norwood Bank

Norwood Bank, Norwood, MA Norwood Bank, Norwood, MA

Norwood, MA Integrated  Builders, (Integrated) has completed a 10 week renovation of Norwood Bank.

The renovations included updates to the exterior of the building, including the addition of an exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS), electrical panels, and snow guards. Notably, the project also required temporary scaffolding and strategic phasing as the building was occupied throughout the duration of the construction process.

“At Integrated Builders, our goal is to always provide a high quality product in a timely fashion, and we are extremely happy with the results of our work at Norwood Bank,” said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. “The renovations will provide a modernized appearance to a local mainstay, and will greatly contribute to the updated look of Norwood Center as a whole.”

Integrated’s project manager Bob Purdy, superintendent Herb Gaston, and assistant project manager Karen Murray led the renovation while working in close collaboration with DRL Associates Inc.|Architects on the design portion of the project.

Integrated began the renovation process in April and maintained a steady schedule despite having to complete construction while the building remained occupied. Norwood Bank’s facelift comes at a time when Norwood Center is seeing significant activity and growth and the remodeling work provided by Integrated will indirectly help enhance the transformation of the immediate area around Norwood Center.

Norwood Bank is located at 11 Central St. near Norwood Plaza Mall and the Norwood Recreation Center.
