Beverly, MA Connolly Brothers Inc. held a ground breaking for the new two-story, 80,000 s/f corporate headquarters/manufacturing facility for HighRes Biosolutions. Connolly Bros. is the owner, designer, and construction manager of the development situated at 102 Cherry Hill Dr.

Connolly Bros. has worked with HighRes over the past six months to program, budget, and design the build-to-suit facility to specifically meet HighRes’ needs and support their fast growing company.

According to Lou Guarracina, president and CEO of HighRes Biosolutions, “We selected Connolly Brothers because of their value-added project support from design through construction management. They were instrumental in guiding the design so that the new facility fit our needs and was achievable within our budget constraints.”

Jay Connolly, vice president at Connolly Bros., said, “Working with HighRes really allowed us to showcase our full capability of taking a project from the client’s idea through programming, budget estimating, design, and ultimately construction. We couldn’t be more proud that HighRes entrusted the design and construction of their new headquarters to us.”

The new location for the corporate offices is situated with access to major highways and community amenities and affords HighRes access to the expanding biotechnology hub of the greater Boston area.
