Integrated Builders completed the 25,000 s/f tenant fit-out for Philips Lifeline's offices at One Clarks Hill.
The project included the expansion of the company's existing call center located on the second floor of One Clarks Hill. The expansion incorporated glass walls, sprinkler, HVAC, electrical and telephone/data modifications. New corporate office space was created to address company expansion. A between floor stairwell was added and trimmed out in maple, decorative railings and glass.
