Intercontinental Real Estate appoints Nasser as president

Paul Nasser

Boston, MA Intercontinental Real Estate Corp., a national real estate investment, development and management firm, has appointed Paul Nasser as president.

As president, Nasser continues to manage the firm’s resources across investment and operating disciplines. He is a member of the senior management committee, investment committee, technology committee, valuation committee, and oversees performance reporting, investor relations, accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, technology, and administration.

“We are very pleased to announce this promotion. Paul has been an invaluable member of the Intercontinental team for decades and we are eager to see him excel in his new role as president. On a personal level, I am deeply grateful for Paul’s tireless commitment to our company and to Intercontinental’s mission of delivering excellent returns for our very many fund investors.” said Peter Palandjian, CEO and chairman of Intercontinental.

Nasser has been a member of the Intercontinental team for 22 years. Prior to his new promotion, Nasser was the CFO and COO.

Nasser received his BA in Urban Planning from the University of Rhode Island in 1983 and his MBA from Suffolk University in 1998.
