New Dover and Gordon R.E. assist seller in $1.3 million building sale
Framingham, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. and James Gordon, president, Peter Gordon, senior vice president and Jonathan Gordon, senior associate of Gordon Real Estate represented the seller, 1001 Worcester Road, LLC, in the sale of 1001 Worcester Rd., for the purchase price of $1.3 million. Osmin Hernandez of United Brokers Real Estate represented the buyer.
1001 Worcester Rd. is a 6,645 s/f three-story office building located along the westbound side of Rte. 9.
