The chapter welcomed one new CPM, Maggie Rivera, and three new ARMs: Kristie Tafel, Steven Boddie and Carmen Morales to the ranks of its membership, as well as awarded the 2010 CPMC of the Year to Nina Regan-Dolishny, the 2010 CPM of the Year to Mark O'Hagan, and 2010 Friend of the Year to Landlord Law Firm. The dinner also served as a collection location for the United States Marine Corps annual Toys for Tots toy drive. IREM CT was honored to have two Marines in attendance to speak to the group and collect the donations given by the dinner attendees. The evening also included a cocktail hour, dinner, raffles and dancing.
