Real estate managers in China soon will have the opportunity to earn the Institute of Real Estate Management's esteemed Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation on their own home turf. In partnership with the Shanghai Weston Real Estate Management Institute, a division of Brawman International Group, IREM will begin a complete series of CPM courses in Shanghai from Oct. 22nd to 26th. CPM courses likely will be presented in Beijing and Guangzhou in 2009.
In addition to the United States, IREM currently offers credentialing courses in Canada, Japan, Poland, Russia, South Korea, Ukraine, and, as of this year, South Africa. Moreover, at-large students from such countries as Romania, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Kuwait, and Vietnam also are taking advantage of IREM's distance learning opportunities to matriculate through the CPM educational program.
