For those who weren’t aware – the New England Chapter #4 was founded on May 4, 1938, providing IREM services within its geographical region. The growth of the Chapter over the past eighty five years has paralleled the expansion of the real estate industry and the property management profession in its region of influence.

The evening will also provide a chance for event-goers to donate to Toys for Tots. The contributions of toys from IREM Boston Chapter members and friends will be received by members of the Marines for distribution to children in need this holiday season.

I’m going to keep the awards recipients to myself until December 6th but suffice to say they are all more than deserving for their contributions to IREM, the Boston chapter and our industry, in general.

William Woodward is the 2023 IREM Boston president and is a regional property manager with Greystar, Boston, Mass.
