If you are a property manager of commercial real estate, consider adding value to your professional career.
If you are an employer in a real estate management company consider the benefits to you of increased productivity, enhanced knowledge and skills, and greater contributions to your bottom line.
This certification is designed for managers of small- to-mid-size commercial properties and requires that applicants manage a commercial portfolio of at least 20,000 s/f and have a minimum of 12 months of commercial real estate management experience. This is an excellent opportunity for property managers of commercial properties to enhance their knowledge, skills and professional credentials.
The Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) certification will help you to build upon your experiences and connect with a resource of tools and other property managers and grow as a professional property manager.
As all property manager's know, the challenges in today's job market—from industry consolidation and increased competition to being expected to do more with less—make it harder to prove experience and credibility.
