J. Calnan to provide pre-construction services for 42,000 s/f Hitachi Data Systems renovations

J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. was awarded the preconstruction services for Hitachi Data Systems' space at 610 Lincoln St. The project includes renovations to 42,000 s/f on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. Both spaces are connected via an interconnected stair. Of the total space, 6,000 s/f will be a development lab which will include a UPS and a pre-action system along with heavy mechanical & electrical loads. The remainder of the office will be a combination of executive offices as well as open offices and product display areas. The project team includes Winter Street Architects, AHA Consulting Engineers and JLL Project Management.
