Diversified Project Management selected by Mass. State College Building Authority for $38 million Westfield State University residence hall

Diversified Project Management, Inc. (DPM) has been retained by the Mass. State College Building Authority (MSCBA) to manage the design and construction of a new 400-bed residence hall on the campus of Westfield State University.
The new residence hall project construction budget, including base building, site development, construction management costs and contingency is $38 million.
The project is part of an $80 million master plan including a new academic hall and expanded dining facilities. ADD Inc has been selected as the designer and Walsh Brothers, Inc. has been selected as the construction manager.
Construction is expected to begin in the spring of 2012 with an anticipated completion in time for the start of the 2013-2014 academic year.
