J. & M. Brown Co., Grinnell Mechanical and AGEO Corp. form energy management partnership

J. & M. Brown Company, Inc. (JMB), a Boston-based electrical construction company, Grinnell Mechanical, Inc., an HVAC system contractor, of Burlington, Mass., and AGEO Corp., a global sustainability consultancy and engineering firm, headquartered in Boston, have formed a partnership that provides comprehensive energy efficiency and sustainability services and solutions for corporate, educational, biotechnology, and healthcare clients throughout the Northeast. The joint venture, AGEO 360Ëš, integrates JMB's electrical and energy divisions, Grinnell's HVAC services and AGEO's world-class engineering capabilities.
AGEO 360Ëš will launch services at the Northeast Buildings & Facility Management Show and Conference (NEBFM) at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, June 12 and 13. AGEO 360Ëš will provide complete design-build-consulting services geared to ensure that firms meet and exceed sustainability and energy efficiency regulations as set forth in Boston's recently enacted Building Energy Disclosure and Reporting Ordinance, which has strict guidelines for energy usage, water usage, and greenhouse gas emissions.
