Jacobs and Whittredge of NAI Glickman handle $2.1m bldg. sale
Worcester, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs closed a $2.1 million sale of 119-127 Chandler St. Principal, Michael Jacobs, and vice president, Tim Whittredge, represented seller, Thomas Savasta, in the transaction.
119-127 Chandler St. is a one-acre parcel that has been occupied by Beacon Automotive Sales for over six decades. The new owners, Polar Views LLC, are proposing a three-story, 15-unit multifamily redevelopment for the property.
