Jacobs of Glickman Kovago & Company brokers $1.442 million sale for CVS of Woonsocket, R.I.

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a $1,442,500 land purchase for CVS of Woonsocket, R.I. CVS purchased three properties from Mathieu Ford Sales, Inc, Susan Inferra and Norman and Theresa Sibley. The three parcels, located at 297 Central St., 57 Maple St., and 36 Linden St., total 1.7 acres, were formerly the Mathieu Ford Dealer and two residential homes. The land wa purchased to build a retail store and pharmacy that will be 13,225 s/f near Winchendon's center. Construction is set to begin this summer. Michael Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago, is the broker for CVS in Worcester county.
