Levendusky, McClory and Mulready named partners at CB Richard Ellis/New England

CB Richard Ellis/New England (CBRE/NE) has named three new partners of the company: Jason Levendusky, Taidgh McClory and Patrick Mulready. Levendusky has been a consistent, top producing brokerage professional at CBRE/NE and he is a senior member of the Mass. suburban brokerage team. Levendusky joined CBRE/NE in 2001 to focus on the sale and leasing of office, R&D and industrial property in Boston's Northern submarkets. Over the past five years, Levendusky has completed over 175 lease transactions totaling over 6 million s/f. Prior to joining CBRE/NE, Levendusky was regional director for WP Commercial, a Goldman Sachs real estate opportunity fund, where he oversaw all leasing activities for WP Commercial's 1.6 million s/f portfolio of suburban office and flex properties in Greater Boston. Prior to his tenure at WP Commercial, Levendusky was affiliated with the Nordblom Company/Nordic Properties where he was involved in the development of several significant office, and R&D and industrial projects. Levendusky resides in Manchester with his wife Abby and their three children Jackson, William and Hadley. McClory is senior vice president, director of marketing and client services. In this capacity, McClory is responsible for managing the marketing, research and client services functions at CBRE/NE. Since taking on this role in 2008, McClory has made great strides to build a cohesive team with a focus on collaboration, develop innovative new business tools, and implement a streamlined project management system that has improved workflow and communication across the company. McClory joined CBRE/NE in 2003 as an associate of the downtown Boston brokerage team and was promoted to vice president of Client Services in 2006. Prior to joining CBRE/NE, Taidgh began his career in the advertising and marketing industry for five years with a focus on brand planning and marketing research. Taidgh and his wife Lynne live in Lynnfield, Massachusetts with their son Kye and twins Davin and Estelle. Mulready began his career at CBRE/NE in 1996 as an appraiser, specializing in the valuation of office properties throughout greater Hartford. Mulready transferred to the Hartford brokerage staff in 1998 to focus on the sale of investment properties. Pat has played a significant role in the sale of every major disposition in Greater Hartford over the past twelve years, including several downtown Hartford office towers and suburban office portfolio sales. Pat lives in Glastonbury, Connecticut with his wife Christine and their three children Devin, Sawyer and Eloise.
