Auburn Ma Capital Realty Advisors LLC of RI has purchased the property located at 619 Southbridge St., from Andrew Goodwin, former owner of the Ethan Allen Showroom. The building is 18,000 s/f built on three acres with ample parking.
The property has been acquired for re-development with plans to renovate the building to accommodate multiple retail tenants.
