Nicoll promoted to project manager at Griffin Land

According to Griffin Land, Wes Nicoll has been promoted to the position of property manager. Nicoll joined Griffin Land as assistant property manager in 2006. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the property management department, including its departmental staff, building operations, and Griffin Land's maintenance and landscape service units. Nicoll is a member of BOMA (the Building Owners and Managers Association), an international real estate industry association, where he has been an active member since 2006 and is the current president of its Connecticut chapter. Nicoll also serves BOMA's education and membership committees. In 2012 he was designated the chapter's "Member of the Year" for his outstanding service and achievements. Nicoll earned his Real Estate Property Administrator (RPA) designation in 2011 from BOMI, another prestigious distinction in the commercial real estate industry. Griffin Land is the real estate division of Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc., a publicly traded company. Griffin Land is the developer of more than 3 million s/f of commercial space on land holdings totaling nearly 4,000 acres in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. Griffin Land is an owner operator providing development, marketing, construction, management and maintenance of its portfolio.
