James and Grady of NAI Hunneman broker 7,997 s/f lease

Waltham, MA NAI Hunneman completed a 7,997 s/f office lease transaction with the University of Southern California’s (USC) Information Science Institute at 890 Winter St. The space marks the first Massachusetts location for the affiliate of USC’s Viterbi School of Engineering. The company also has locations in Arlington, VA and Marina Del Rey, CA.

NAI Hunneman executive vice president Steve James and associate Patrick Grady represented USC in the transaction, while landlord Clarion Partners was represented by Perry Beal of Transwestern.

“890 Winter St. was an ideal location for USC’s Information Science division as it offers a prime Rte. 128 location, meets the university’s expansion needs, and provides a wealth of area amenities” said James.
