The transactions totaled 7,000 s/f of medical space. The transactions totaled $1.15 million.

Jamieson said, "Professional medical space has been the silver lining to an overall slow real estate sector where demand from office users on the South Shore has been relatively flat. Prices on office buildings have also slipped. Sale prices in some cases have seen a 25% decline and first-class office rents once demanding $25 per s/f are now entertaining the high teens with incentives to attract good tenants."
