JB Sullivan and Gemini Electric renovate facilities power system control building for city of Nashua

JB Sullivan Construction collaborating with Gemini Electric is in the process of constructing a single story addition at the North Facilities Power System Control Building for the city. The steel-beamed, concrete-floored, brick faced addition to the existing generator room at the West Water Treatment Facility was designed by the engineering firm of Malcom Pirnie.
The scope of work for the project includes the removal of a 700KW engine generator system, installation of a 1500KW engine generator, installation of electrical switchboards and associated wiring partial demolition and expansion of the existing generator building, all while the existing treatment facility remains in full operation.
