Jewett Const. breaks ground on 8,000 s/f headquarters for Bean Group

Portsmouth, N.H. Jewett Construction Co., Inc. has contracted with the Bean Group to construct the firm’s new corporate headquarters at 1150 Sagamore Ave. A groundbreaking was held on October 5.

The 8,000 s/f building, designed by the team of Plan Ahead, Inc. and Engineering Alliance, Inc., allows for two complete tenant suites comprised of executive offices, conference rooms, kitchenettes, restrooms and mechanical closets. The exterior is wood-framed and cedar shingled, and includes a masonry veneer. Completion is set for the spring 2016.
