Jewett Construction acquires Performance Welding & Building Co.
Jewett Construction Co., Inc. has acquired Performance Welding & Building Co., LLC of Biddeford Me. The acquisition creates a new division at Jewett Construction catering to clients seeking metal building services and insulated metal panel products.
"This acquisition is allowing Jewett integrated vertical growth. We see that as the right way to grow a business in today's climate." said Jewett Construction president, Craig Jewett.
Jewett's Metal Building Division provides pre-engineered metal building sales and installation to clients throughout New England.
Jewett Construction is a Raymond, NH-based design-build / construction management firm specializing in commercial and industrial projects throughout New England.
