LLC, a technology firm specializing in software and services for private schools and healthcare organizations, will relocate to 13,595 s/f at 701 Edgewater Dr. The company previously leased 7,000 s/f of space in the same building. Regnante, Sterio & Osborne, LLP, a legal firm specializing in real estate, land use, commercial lending, estate planning and environmental law, will maintain its 8,434 s/f presence at 401 Edgewater Dr.
