Jewett Construction Company contracted by Panera Bread, LLC to build a new 49,000 s/f bakery/restaurant

Jewett Construction Company, Inc. has contracted with Panera Bread, LLC to build a new, ground-up bakery/restaurant at 17 Manchester Rd., as part of the new 49,000 s/f Pinkerton Place retail/business complex. The job entails construction of a 4,500 s/f steel-framed, load-bearing building including all roofing, electrical and HVAC work, plumbing, exterior flatwork for patio seating, and all exterior finishes (CMU block with EIFS accent finishes). Steve Harris is Jewett's project manager for the four-month project, and job superintendent is Jeff Gower. Jewett Construction Company, Inc. is a Raymond, NH-based design-build / construction management company celebrating 40 years as a family-owned and operated firm specializing in commercial and industrial projects throughout the Northeast.
