Jewett Construction Company hires Phillips as an assistant project manager

Alyson Phillips

Fremont, NH Jewett Construction Company has added assistant project manager Alyson Phillips to their growing team. Phillips has been hired as an assistant project manager to ensure that each project is exceptional and results in the highest level of client satisfaction. Jewett is thrilled to have added not only a knowledgeable asset, but one who carries a great level of organizational leadership capability as well.

Phillips graduated from New England Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, later receiving her MBA from Anna Maria College. Post-graduation, Phillips started her career with Shaumut Construction as a project coordinator; as a coordinator she worked directly with PMs in writing scopes, soliciting bids, and monitored subcontractor compliance before becoming a PM herself. Her passion for her work and commitment to her team is what brought her to Jewett Construction. She is excellent at coordinating the efforts of the design team and subcontractors.

When asked what her favorite thing about working at Jewett was, Phillips said, “It’s very exciting to be part of an organization like Jewett that is undergoing exponential growth – the sky is the limit here. We have an incredibly talented team, and each employee is valued as an individual contributor. I am proud to represent everything Jewett stands for.”
