Jewett Construction Company, Inc. completes 5,729 s/f project for AutoServ KIA in Belmont, NH

Belmont, NH Jewett Construction Company, Inc. completed a new auto showroom for AutoServ KIA—its fourth project for the Tilton, NH-based AutoServ Dealer Group.

The new 5,729 s/f design-built auto showroom shares a site with the AutoServ Collision Center, and is designed to incorporate the manufacturer’s latest image upgrade requirements. Comprised of a pre-engineered Butler building with MR-24 standing seam roof, the exterior is of insulated glass, ACM, and insulated metal panels. The interior is finished with porcelain floor tiles, acoustic ceilings, and interior glazing at the offices, bathrooms and new delivery space.

Other projects Jewett has completed for the AutoServ Dealer Group include a renovation and addition for AutoServ Ford Chrysler in the summer of 2014, a renovation of AutoServ Volkswagen in the fall of 2012, and a renovation and addition for AutoServ Nissan the previous winter.

Jewett Construction, an official Butler Builder, is a family-owned design-build/construction management firm specializing commercial, industrial, and automotive projects all over the Northeast. Other repeat automotive clients include such well-known organizations as the Herb Chambers Companies, the Grappone Automotive Group, Commonwealth Motors, and the Route 44 family of dealerships.
