Jewett Metal Buildings & Steel Erectors completes multiple projects in three New England states

Jewett Metal Buildings & Steel Erectors, a Scarborough, ME-based division of Jewett Construction Co., Inc., has completed a number of projects in three New England states. Working under contract with Hebert Construction, Jewett Metal installed a new metal roof and trims on an ice arena building at Maine Sports Realty in Saco, ME. Working at night at Hannaford Supermarket in Hampstead, NH, Jewett Metal reinforced existing bar joists and installed new roof frames for rooftop units. The company also replaced damaged wall panels and doors for Functional Coatings in Newburyport, MA. Working in conjunction with parent company Jewett Construction, Jewett Metal installed insulated metal panel siding and ACM siding panels onto a new addition at Marlboro Nissan in Marlborough, MA; and installed 6,000 s/f of interior metal wall panels and white ceiling scrim at Commonwealth Volkswagen in Lawrence, MA-work that was completed during evenings and off-hours so as not to disrupt daily business. JMB also enclosed an existing boat storage building with insulated metal panels at the Kittery Trading Post in Kittery, ME; reinforced roof joists at Walmart in Raymond, NH; and repaired insulated metal siding and framing at the town of Hopkinton's DPW garage in Hopkinton, NH.
