Godin of Matthews Commercial Properties brokers 10,100 s/f lease to Autonomy Technology, Inc.
Ed Godin Jr., SIOR, a partner at Matthews Commercial Properties, has brokered a long-term lease of 10,100 s/f at 353 Christian St. The new tenant is Autonomy Technology, Inc., a manufacturer and supplier of electronic components.
The landlord is Sippin Management Company, a local investment group with numerous holdings in the region.
