JHM partners with PROCON on Home2 Suites near Gillette Stadium
Walpole, MA In spring 2018, Home2 Suites by Hilton Walpole Foxborough made its Bay State debut and welcomed the first guests at 2375 Providence Hwy. Jiten Hotel Management (JHM) teamed up with PROCON that designed and built the 4-story hotel. The building is a mile from Gillette Stadium– home of the New England Patriots, and about 18-miles from Boston.
“Our property brings a unique element to the Walpole market that didn’t exist. We are the only extended-stay hotel within walking distance to Gillette Stadium, so we are hopeful that those attending events at Gillette will consider staying with us,” said JHM president Jiten Patel. “We also want to welcome those families that are relocating to the area or perhaps a business traveler who has a new job assignment.”
Home2 Suites, a 68,000 s/f mid-scale extended-stay hotel is designed to target business and leisure travelers seeking long-term stays. The hotel offers 118 modern rooms featuring a unique working wall - a kitchen-to-desk-to-closet component providing extra shelving and drawer space for storage. Patel said, “All of our suites feature a fully-equipped kitchen, high def TV, a pull-out sofa as well as either a king-sized bed or two queen beds.”
The Oasis Lounge offers comfortable booth “styled” seating, a Home2 Mkt for grab-and-go items and a 24/7 business services area. One of the brand’s trademark amenities is the Spin2 Cycle – laundry and fitness area combination for guests to get their laundry done while they exercise. There is an adjacent single-story saline swimming pool. Hotel guests can enjoy gatherings in the outdoor patio/fire pit area with grills for cooking or for socializing. The hotel also provides complimentary WiFi, free breakfast and is pet-friendly. Additionally, a 625 s/f versatile meeting room is available by reservation for up to 78 people.
Gillette Stadium annually attracts New England Patriots’ fans, sports enthusiasts and concert-goers from around the globe.
