Jones Lang LaSalle has completed two new, direct leases totaling 17,201 s/f for GRC Realty Corp., a subsidiary of General Reinsurance Corp., at 600 Steamboat Rd. RSR Partners signed a 10-year lease for 9,412 s/f of commercial office space, and Bessemer Trust Company, N.A. inked a 10-year deal for 7,789 s/f at the class A, 180,000 s/f office building.

The building owner, GRC Realty, was represented by Brian Higgins and Chris Kraus, managing directors; George Walker, senior vice president; and Ethan Rice, vice president, all with Jones Lang LaSalle. The team worked closely with Michael Rea, vice president of corporate services, with GRC Realty. RSR Partners was represented by James Ritman, managing director, with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Bessemer Trust was represented by Higgins, Kraus, Walker and Rice.
