JLL Construction awarded two projects at Boston Harbor Hotel

Boston, MA JLL Construction has been awarded two projects for the Boston Harbor Hotel, a five-star hotel located within Rowes Wharf. JLL is providing construction management services for the guest room renovations and visitors center projects.

Renovations have begun on the hotel’s 225 guest rooms and corridors totaling 136,000 s/f on 8 floors. Phased construction features new interior finishes in the bathrooms including marble tile, glass shower surrounds, lighting and millwork. The guest rooms will have new wallcoverings, custom millwork, paint and carpet. Construction is scheduled to be completed in April.

 Construction on the visitors center will begin in March. This will include the alteration of a 1,600 s/f office suite. The project scope includes new non-structural interior partitions with glass and paint, doors & frames, flooring, ceiling and lights along with a custom graphic floor depicting the city shoreline.

The JLL Construction team for the projects is: Managing director Peter Stankiewicz, superintendents Dave DeWolfe and Robert Long, and project manager Adam Reynolds.

Upscale, on-site amenities include: the Rowes Wharf Sea Grille Restaurant, Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar, Pasta Beach Restaurant, and Rowes Wharf Health Club and Spa. JLL is the exclusive leasing agent for the office space in 30 and 50 Rowes Wharf.
