JLL Construction completes The Parthenon Group office at 50 Rowes Wharf

JLL Construction completed the build out of a new 46,000 s/f office for The Parthenon Group at 50 Rowes Wharf. Armed with market information and analysis, JLL's Brokerage group represented the firm in a city-wide search for new space. The company moved from 200 State St. Their space on floors five and six includes open and closed offices, a new reception area, café spaces, and meeting and conferencing rooms. A nautical theme runs throughout the space, which was designed to maximize views of the Boston Harbor. JLL Construction completed the project without disrupting existing tenants. "Jones Lang LaSalle Construction was privileged to work with The Parthenon Group to create this unique new office space," said Niles Carter, JLL senior superintendent. "Building out The Parthenon Group's beautiful new space within 50 Rowes Wharf was a challenging and exciting experience for the whole team."
