JLL hires Johnson as an associate broker

Stamford, CT JLL has hired Tim Johnson as an associate broker. Johnson will work in collaboration with the local office brokerage team, led by executive managing director Drew Saunders.

Johnson, a former associate at Colliers, will focus on business development, transaction management and lease analysis. His deep understanding of investor and occupier clients within the Fairfield and Westchester County markets will deepen JLL’s resources in this space.

“Tim has significant experience in office brokerage, including tenant representation, business development and transaction management,” said Saunders. “His energy and skill will benefit our clients, and we welcome him to the team.”

“I’m excited to join a group of professionals with such a broad scope of expertise,” said Johnson. “JLL’s deep platform provides enormous opportunities for tenants in the Fairfield and Westchester County markets.”
