Boston, MA According to JLL and Faros Properties, Perkins Eastman, Beacon Hill Staffing, Seed Global Health, and Wegowise have signed long-term leases totaling 31,803 s/f at 20 Ashburton Place in downtown. Perkins Eastman leased 13,300 s/f, Beacon Hill Staffing leased 8,103 s/f, Seed Global Health leased 6,200 s/f, and Wegowise secured 4,200 s/f. With the addition of these new tenants, the building is now 90% leased.

JLL managing directors Ben Heller and Tom O’Regan and senior vice president Kelly Lockberg represented the building’s owner Faros Properties in the lease transactions. Heller and associate Bobby Jangro also negotiated on behalf of Perkins Eastman, an international planning, design, and consulting firm.
