JM Coull begins New Balance renovation for new cafe and restrooms

JM Coull has begun renovations to 4,500 s/f of existing space to create a new café and restroom areas for New Balance. The upgrades to the former mill building will bring existing areas up to current standards. The existing cafeteria will be transformed into a comfortable and efficient café space where New Balance associates can grab a quick meal to go or eat in. Three bathroom areas will be renovated to current standards, as represented by restrooms presently located within the building. JM Coull has teamed with architect J. Ferrera Associates to complete the renovations and fit-ups. Since the building will be occupied throughout construction, work will be executed and installed in such a manner as not to disrupt or adversely affect the company's ongoing operations. JM Coull has worked closely with New Balance in recent years, performing renovations to the mill building in Lawrence and other facilities. New Balance offers premium athletic footwear and apparel to meet the needs of the everyday athlete. With factories in Lawrence and other New England locations, New Balance is the only major brands still manufacturing athletic shoes in the United States.
