David Fugitt, SIOR and Chris Maglione, both with John D. Hastings Commercial Real Estate of Westport recenty sold a 25,000 s/f retail center on two acres. The property is located at 165 Beardsley Ave. at exit 32 of I-95. The center is fully leased with The Edge Fitness as the anchor tenant. Fugitt and Maglione were the sole agents involved in the transaction. The sale price was $2.7 million.
In another transactions, Fugitt sold the Westport Chamber of Commerce property at 60 Church Lane in downtown Westport. The 2,000 s/f building was much more space than needed and the board of directors felt relocation to another smaller space on Main St. would better serve the membership. The property sold earlier this year for $1.275 million to Braidmax, LLC. Fugitt was the sole broker involved in this transaction.
