Conn./Western Mass. Chapter of SIOR welcomes new members

The Connecticut/Western Massachusetts Chapter of SIOR recently inducted two new active members to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. The SIOR designation is a mark of their professionalism and individual accomplishments in the industrial and office real estate industry. The entire chapter extends congratulations to its newest members.
They are: Steven Inglese, SIOR and Alan Bolduc, CCIM, SIOR.
Steve Inglese is the principal of New Haven Group, Inc., an investment sales brokerage firm serving Connecticut. Inglese has been in the real estate industry since 1993, working as a broker, developer and appraiser. He has been involved in approximately $600 million in real estate transactions, including brokerage and leasing assignments, and investment and development projects throughout Connecticut. Inglese's focus is primarily on investment sales transactions along the I-91 corridor in New Haven and Hartford Counties.
Inglese is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Business Administration. He resides in New Haven with his wife Ellen. He is also involved in his community as a member of the board of directors of the Clifford Beers Child Guidance Clinic for the past six years.
Alan Bolduc began his real estate career in Connecticut and joined Sentry Commercial in 2003 after more than 20 years as a telecommunications executive with both operations and sales expertise. He specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial real estate in Connecticut for both user and investor markets.
Bolduc is a licensed broker in Connecticut and Massachusetts, and earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2007. He is a member of the New Haven Association of Realtors, currently serving as president of the Commercial Investment Division. Bolduc is also a member of the New Haven Chamber of Commerce, a board member of the New Haven County Manufacturers Association, and he contributes time and resources to the Cove Center for Grieving Children.
The Chapter is delighted to be recognizing its newest members, and will continue to encourage their active participation in SIOR as a support organization, a networking medium, and an educational resource.
