John Sullivan completes fit-up of 16,500 s/f home of Eyesight Ophthalmic

The Kane Co. was the leasing broker and represented the building owner, Millennium Borthwick LLC. in John Sullivan, Jr. Corp.'s 16,500 s/f fit-up of a new corporate home for Eyesight Ophthalmic Services, Inc. at 155 Borthwick Ave. Working in conjunction with Hallor Associates of Wellesley, Mass. and Katz Design, the Kane and Sullivan teams were able to complete the interior renovations within four months.   For Eyesight, the fit-up work included the build out of the home office in an occupied building, including exam rooms, extensive high-end millwork and appointments, and electrical utility installation.
