R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. completed the leasing of 64,592 s/f of office and manufacturing space to Ameridose Inc., at 201 Flanders Rd. The new lease is an expansion from the 76,000 s/f Ameridose just leased at 205 Flanders Rd. Ameridose now occupies a total of 140,592 s/f.
Craig Johnston of R.W. Holmes represented the landlord while John Eysenbach of R. W. Holmes represented the tenant.
Ameridose is a state-licensed, FDA & DEA registered manufacturer providing service to hospital pharmacies. They offer sterile admixing and repackaging as well as oral syringe admixing and repackaging services.
