CCIM Member Spotlight: Ron Fredette of KW Commercial and Erin Link of J.P. Morgan Chase

Ron Fredette is a managing director at KW Commercial located in Bedford, NH. Fredette is currently a CCIM candidate working toward his CCIM designation. He would like to meet large apartment owners and is expanding his service area to the northern suburbs of Boston. Recently Fredette negotiated a long term office lease/purchase option for his company's relocation. Erin Link, CCIM is a senior client manager for J.P. Morgan Chase in Boston. She specializes in financing multifamily and mixed use buildings in the Boston area and suburbs. Link would like to meet apartment owners, investors and commercial brokers. Something interesting about Link is that her first job in real estate was auditing and drawing loan documents on the "night team" for Washington Mutual Bank.
