Johnston and Holmes of R.W. Holmes Realty broker $2.7 million sale

Craig Johnston, senior vice president and Garry Holmes, president of R.W. Holmes Realty represented 679 Worcester Road Trust and procured the buyer, Boston India Realty, LLC, in the sale of 679 Worcester Rd. for $2.7 million. 679 Worcester Rd. is a 13,000 s/f first class office building located on Rte. 9, with signage and visibility to over 45,000 cars per day. The new owners plan on occupying the first floor and will keep the second floor tenant in place. TalentBurst, one of the buyer's companies, will be occupying the building. They have five locations in Boston, San Franciso, Toronto, New Delhi, Milwaukee, and Houston. TalentBurst is an award winning full-service staffing firm working directly with Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. and Canada. They specialize in contract and contract to permanent roles across many industries and have direct contractual relationships with their clients. Since 1976 R.W.
