Johnston and Holmes of R.W. Holmes Realty leases 21,216 s/f for Perini Corp.

R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. handled the leasing of 21,216 s/f to Framingham Heart Study at 73 Mount Wayte Ave. 73 Mt Wayte is the corporate headquarters for Perini Corp. In 1948, the Framingham Heart Study, under the direction of the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI), formerly known as the National Heart Institute, has been committed to identifying the common factors or characteristics that contribute to cardiovascular disease (CVD) and have followed CVD development over three generations of participants. Craig Johnston and Garry Holmes of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. represented Perini Corp. in the transaction.
