Johnston, Holmes and Bartholomew of R.W. Holmes broker $8.55 million sale

Marlborough, MA The 495/Metrowest team of Craig Johnston, Garry Holmes and Jim Bartholomew of R.W. Holmes Realty, has completed the sale of 2, 4 & 5 Mount Royal Office Park on behalf of Haynes Management for $8.55 million. Mount Royal Office Park is comprised of three separate office buildings totaling 160,000 s/f, located at the interchange of Rte. 20 and I-495.

The buyer (CB Equities Mt Royal, LLC) plans major renovations including new exterior front façade improvements, new signage and updated fitness center with showers and attractive common areas with a club room. The new owner will occupy a portion of the building and plans to lease out suites from 1,600-20,000 s/f. The renovations should be starting soon and will take six months to complete.  The park will be renamed Knowledge Park @ Marlborough. 

R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. represented the owner, Mount Royal Associates, II LP (entity of Haynes Management Inc.) and procured the buyer.
