Johnston of R.W. Holmes Realty Co. handles two leases totaling 22,600 s/f

Wellesley, MA According to R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc., 978 Worcester St. is 100% leased, on behalf of Wellesley Place, LLC.  This is a new 25,000 s/f, two-story, office/medical building located on Rte. 9. Wellesley Place LLC is also finishing a 39-unit apartment building on the site.

R.W. Holmes has completed the following deals: Newton-Wellesley Hospital has signed a long-term lease for 19,100 s/f and Seha Medical leased 3,500 s/f.  

Craig Johnston of R.W. Holmes said, “The ownership, Wellesley Place LLC, was a pleasure to work with in consummating these deals in a very proactive manner.”

Johnston, senior vice president of R.W. Holmes represented Wellesley Place, LLC in both deals while Julie Gray of McCall & Almy represented Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
