Gauvin and Giuttari, SIOR, of MG Commercial complete building sale

88 Spark Street - Brockton, MA

Brockton, MA Dan Gauvin and Mike Giuttari, SIOR, of MG Commercial completed the sale of a 30,000 s/f industrial building to Food-Pak Express, a Boston-based food manufacturing and distribution company.  The company plans to expand its operations with the purchase of 88 Spark St.

Gauvin and Giuttari represented the seller, On Deck Sports, in the $900,000 transaction and brought Food-Pak as the buyer.
