Join the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Massachusetts today!

The Realtor Commercial Alliance of Massachusetts (RCA-MA), is the only Realtor Association in Massachusetts specifically for commercial agents. They are a stand-alone Board of Realtors, with their own charter, bylaws, and directors to the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and representation at the National Association of Realtors. The RCA-MA's goal is to unite commercial real estate interests in Massachusetts for the benefit of its members and the public. Scott Simpson of C21 Denault in Leominster serves as the 2014 RCA-MA president. Simpson also currently serves as member of Zoning Board of Appeals, Leominster, president of the Leominster chapter of Business Network International and 1st vice president of Oak Hill Country Club. Also active in civic and charitable affairs, Simpson serves on the Site Advisory Committee for Habitat for Humanity. Simpson lives in Fitchburg, with his wife of 36 years, Frances. The 2014 RCA-MA officers also include: * President-elect Mark DiFranco, DiFranco Realty, East Longmeadow; * Secretary Robert Germaine, Germaine Realty Group, Inc., Weymouth; and * Treasurer Barbara Arena, Granite State Development Corp., Hanson. They offer monthly marketing and networking sessions throughout the state. These sessions are free to all members and guests are welcome to attend. Their next marketing session will be held at RCA-MA's headquarters at 492 Washington St., Auburn, on Thursday, May 15, from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. A free continuing education course on Commercial Buyer Brokerage will be offered at 9 a.m., prior to the start of the marketing session.
