Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. completes another lease at The Rutherford of Blue Back Square. MRI of Farmington Avenue, LLC, signed a lease for 2,167 s/f of first class medical office space. The space will serve as an additional location, and will be doing business as MRI at Blue Back Square. The 128,000 s/f medical office building in Blue Back Square is part of the 600,000 s/f mixed-use development owned by Blue Back Square, LLC. Jones Lang LaSalle associates Christopher Ostop, senior vice president; Shawn McMahon, senior vice president; Gary Schless, vice president; and Sean O'Neil, assistant vice president represented the owner. The tenant was represented by Jay Morris, managing partner of OR Commercial, LLC.
Blue Back Square is located in the heart of West Hartford Center between South Main St., Memorial Rd. and Raymond Rd. It is an extension of West Hartford Center, a popular pedestrian-friendly shopping and dining district that presently consists of nearly 200 upscale national, regional and local shops, restaurants and a Whole Foods Market.
