According to Barbara Pearce, president and CEO, H. Pearce Commercial Division represented Lotte, an Asian market, in leasing 11,000 s/f of space for 10 years in a retail plaza at 1150-1162 Burnside Ave.
Lotte started in business approximately 17 years ago in 2,000 s/f on Farmington Ave. in Hartford. After 6-8 years, they moved into 6,000 s/f on Silver Lane in East Hartford where they stayed for the past nine years until moving to Burnside Ave. They join Family Dollar, Subway, Dunkin' Donuts, Kim Hair Salon and Pocket Communications in the revitalized plaza.
Virginia Vinci and Neil Riley of H. Pearce Company represented the tenant, Lotte, LLC, and Eric Litsky of Litsky Associates represented the owner, Burnhart, LLC.
