Jones Lang Lasalle names directors, associate directors and other various promotions throughout the company

Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. (JLL) has named John Myers as regional director, and nine individuals as national directors from the Boston region. They are: Michael Algiere, Harry Dangora, Barrie Ferraro, Karl Ginand, Sherie Heywood, Brandon Orlando, Lisa Serafin, Peter Stankiewicz, and Stephen Steinberg. Four others were named associate director.   Myers is a managing director, and is the New England regional manager for JLL's project and development services group. He serves on an Executive Committee charged with managing 1,200 project managers nationally, and leads the development practice for JLL in the Americas. Myers has experience as a real estate executive in development and project management, with expertise in development, site strategy, permitting and approvals, design, construction, tenant fit-out, valuation, and contract negotiation. Algiere serves as senior VP in the company's property management group where he serves as relationship manager for JLL's clients in Conn., overseeing lease administration, property and facility management, and project and development services. Dangora is a senior VP in JLL Construction specializing on renovation, rehabilitation, and base building construction work. Senior vice president Ferraro's assignments range from tenant fit-ups to ground up construction of industrial and commercial buildings. Ginand is a senior VP  responsible for estimating JLL Construction projects ranging from conceptual and design/build construction to GMP and tenant fit-ups. Senior vice president Heywood is in the corporate solutions group focusing on leased portfolio strategy and implementation for major corporations throughout the world. Senior vice president Orlando serves as client relationship manager to Fidelity Investments overseeing a team of 75 individuals providing facility management, project management, and tenant representation services globally.  Serafin is a senior vice president in development whose expertise includes the planning, permitting and development of large, mixed-use real estate projects. Senior VP Stankiewicz is in JLL Construction where his responsibilities include pre-construction design review and planning, and the management of construction execution. Senior VP Stephen Steinberg directs the strategy and execution of integrated property branding programs, and the firm's corporate marketing. Those named associate director are: Dean Donati, Sean O'Neil, Amy Forman, and Lauren Picariello. Donati serves as senior facility manager and is responsible for a 2.5 million s/f portfolio of office buildings. O'Neil in JLL's Hartford office specializes in agency leasing and tenant representation throughout Conn. and western Mass.  Forman serves as general manager and is responsible for the direct management and supervision of a 1 million s/f portfolio of office buildings. As director of New England research, Picariello manages the production of real estate and economic tools that make our clients more effective and competitive in the marketplace. These individuals were also promoted: Dan Cordeau, Alex Dauria, John Duffy, and John Linell to executive VP; Peter Bekarian, Larry Carpenter, Ben Heller, and John Osten to senior VP; Gary Schless and Rick Schuhwerk to VP; and Chris Packard to senior project manager.
