Fahy has been named co-chair of Conn./Westchester CoreNet chapter

The Conn./Westchester chapter of CoreNet has named Maureen Fahy chapter co-chair.  Fahy is vice president, Global Real Estate, for Stamford-based Pitney Bowes. Fahy succeeds Rich Guralnick, senior broker at H. Pearce Commercial Group in North Haven.  Guralnick has served as chapter co-chair since 2004 and has been a member of the chapter's executive committee since 2002. Karen Odlum, real estate strategist at Aetna in Hartford, will remain the chapter's other co-chair. Fahy's service as chapter co-chair brings a second end-user executive to the chapter's leadership team.  She manages a 10 million s/f global real estate portfolio and is responsible for real estate acquisition and disposition, facility management and food services. With that perspective, Fahy will add another end-user point of view to the chapter's program planning and membership recruitment.  Moreover, since she is based in Stamford, Fahy will also help to heighten the chapter's presence and support our efforts to add new members, sponsors and Real Advantage partners in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. "This is a great opportunity for me personally and I am honored to be asked to serve in this capacity," said Fahy, who has been a CoreNet Global member since 1997 (and a chapter member since 2004).  "Our chapter has accomplished a great deal over the past few years, and I want to do my part to make it even more of a strategic resource for our members."
